• Fire Warden maintenance training is an essential part of your overall emergency control and we provide a 3 hour training program suitable for small to medium business (maximum 10 trainees). The training will refer to either your existing evacuation plan or your newly developed emergency control organisation (See below). If you already have an existing plan and simply wish to provide maintenance training we provide this 3 hour session covering: occupational safety, investigating and raising the alarm, warden procedures, fire hazards, evacuation control, fire equipment training followed by a fire evacuation exercise.

• Emergency control organisation development to Australian standards. We walk through your workplace and assess your fire equipment, hazards and exit points. Once we have sufficent details we write up your new emergency control organisation plan with your input and provide flip chart guides for fire wardens. It is highly recommended that your wardens and employees practice the evacuation plan with an evacuation exercise at least once per year.

Plus: Fire evacuation exercise (After our intial assessment of your workplace and the development of your new evacuation plan and fire control structure we arrange for an actual evacuation exercise).

         Fire equipment safety audits

          Firstly we discuss your requirements at an intitial meeting with your elected representative.

          We conduct a fire safety inspection of your workplace referring to the Building Code of Australia

          and Australian Standard: AS 4655-2005 (level 2 audit).

          We then provide a written report that highlights fire safety issues and recommendations.
